The second most commonly used support tool is the "Exam Compiler Ticket System" It is also used for member suggestions. For minor non-time sensitive issues we suggest using the EC support ticket system. (24 hour turn around) It allows tracking a specific item over a period of time to ensure it is not a recurring issue. Any suggestions are aggregated in the ECTS and applied to platform twice monthy.
