There are 5 simple steps to creating a test to be administed inclass or online.  Memebers are provided a simple step by step guide to completing their profile and creating an exam. 

Members are also provided a sample 25 mulitple choice exam they can use to get used to the look and feel of tests and the various interfaces. 

Exam Compiler uses legacy formatting so teachers are familiar with the appearance of a test.  It deploys full tests visual profile with sections /  values /  questions in 8.5 x 11 format.  This allows both teacher and student to review tests whether they are being taken by the student or corrected by the teacher.  


STEP 1  ::  Complete profile 
Preloaded standard course format or add your own. Add multiple classes to each course. 


STEP 2  ::  ADD REFERENCES 

Add references and identify reference source by text abd chapter allowing for maximum control over exam outline


STEP 3  ::  ADD STUDENTS

Build tests in word processor mode, perfectly formatted and certified everytime. One by one much as you do witha word processor. Or use the generator in Pole or Pool format and allow Exam Compiler to compile tests for you.  Legacy questions can be flagged for tutorial only. 


STEP 4  ::  SELECT EXAM BUILDER MODE

Save completed or partially completed tests to be complete later,  Or submit your tests for upload to the databse.  Manage questions in bulk session mode.  


STEP 5  ::  BROADCAST OR PRINT

Use images from the EC image library or use your own. Images can be mnaged by course or other means. Library software assists with formatting and sizing keeping your tests professional and clean.


STEP 5  ::  CORRECT

Once generated exams can be defined as "for print" or "for broadcast"  Multiple tests for online can be scheduled months in advance.  


SUMMARY

Once broadcast the system waits as soon as enrollees are complete and flag appears  by the test that it is ready to be corrected. Notes on enrollees and absentism is shown on in the module.   Fail safes are put to monitor KPI's.
